The bus was going to pass, but it didn't. And now?

The predictions shown by Cittamobi are estimated travel times for vehicles to reach the selected bus stop.

However, some exceptional situations may occur, such as the bus taking longer than expected or already having passed.

This is due to technical limitations in the communication between the fleet and Cittamobi, or external factors such as areas where the buses' GPS signal is not sent to the app (e.g. viaducts or tunnels).

With the possibility of unforeseen events, we recommend planning to take another bus or waiting a little longer if one of the buses indicated by the app doesn't arrive.

Another tip: if the prediction symbol shows a clock, it means that's the scheduled departure time from the initial stop.
