How to link accounts?

The account linking is a mandatory process if you want to create a new account on Cittamobi with the same CPF. If you don't have access to the old email, check out how to do the linking in this article.

1. Choose the email where you want to receive the security code (if you don't have access to the old email):

2. Enter the code that arrived in your email (if you haven't found it, check your spam or junk folder)

3. Great! Your accounts have been linked and you can enjoy all the benefits of Cittamobi, no matter which account you are logged into.

ATTENTION: If the email is not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us through our chat and provide the registered CPF.
