2. Mistaken transport card: Similar to the previous situation, the credits are already under the responsibility of the ticketing company. To avoid any errors, we request the transport card number twice during the recharge process.
3. Cancellation: Cittamobi acts as an intermediary between you and the ticketing company. Once a purchase is approved, the funds are automatically transferred to the ticketing company.
