How does the top-up service work?

You can easily purchase credits through our app.

• Once your purchase is approved, the value of the purchase is promptly transferred to the ticketing system of your city for credit approval.
• After your credits are approved, which usually takes up to 24 hours, they are sent to the bus garage where the ticket value is updated.
• The validators on the buses receive this update when the vehicles pass through the garage, although it may take a little longer than 24 hours.
• Within 72 business hours of your recharge, you can validate your credits on the buses and see the updated value in our app. Please note that after your purchase is approved, the control of the recharge process is handed over to the ticketing company. However, in the city of São Paulo, this process is different. Once you make a credit purchase through our app, the value is directly transferred and automatically validated. You can find these validators in terminals, train and subway stations, and some buses.
